The first conversation is a 30-minute diagnosis. We establish who needs to be in the room, what decision or change must exist at the end and what has already been tried. Complex projects may also involve short interviews with the sponsor and key participants.

A verifiable statement: a decision, priorities, working agreements, evaluated options or a plan with owners.
Session architecture
The agenda blocks, methods, decision rule, sponsor role and the way participants contribute.

These may include a summary of decisions, priorities, owners, deadlines, a working canvas or recommendations for the next steps. We make them explicit in the proposal.

When the stakes call for a neutral person to hold the process while the leader and the other participants contribute to the content. It is especially useful when opinions diverge, a decision is difficult, tension is present or many participants need to be involved.
