Last updated: July 2026. In short: we collect only the data we need to reply to you or to send you the resources you requested, we don't sell it to anyone, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.

Who we are

Facilitare.ro is operated by Bogdan Grigore. You can contact us anytime at bogdan@facilitare.ro with any question about your data.

What data we collect and why

• The contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and your message. We use them exclusively to reply to your request. Legal basis: steps preliminary to a contract, at your request.
• Newsletter and resource downloads (PDF): your email address, based on your explicit consent. We use it to send you the resources you requested and, occasionally, new tools and articles. You can unsubscribe anytime, from the link in every email.

Who we work with to process data

• Acumbamail (email marketing platform, EU): to manage the subscriber list and send the newsletter.
• Formsubmit: to deliver contact form messages to our email address.
• The site's hosting provider: stores the site's files; we keep no user databases on the server.

The site uses no tracking cookies and runs no advertising scripts.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages: for the duration of the conversation and at most 2 years after, for records. Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). For any request, write to bogdan@facilitare.ro; we reply within 30 days at most.
