How we work on this
- Diagnosis. We assess the group's starting level: some come with no facilitation experience at all, others just need refinement.
- Design. We build the program: an intensive 2 days, or spread-out modules, with exercises on real cases from your organization.
- Delivery. Participants actually practice, not just listen: the program itself is facilitated.
- Follow-up. We check in after 30 days on what concretely changed in the meetings they now run on their own.
