Meeting X-Ray for Google Calendar extension
Extension privacy policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026.
In short: the extension runs only in your browser, has no server and sends data nowhere.
Who operates it
The extension is published by Bogdan Grigore, Facilitare.ro. Contact: bogdan@facilitare.ro.
What the extension reads
Only on the create or edit page of a Google Calendar event (calendar.google.com), the extension reads: the title, the description, the start and end time, the start and end date and the number of guests. Guest email addresses are read only to be counted. The extension does not read other Calendar pages, other events, emails, contacts or other websites.
What it does with this information
It analyses it in the page's memory, shows the result and then forgets it. It does not store it, send it, sell it, use it for advertising or transfer it to anyone. There is no server. No remote code is loaded.
What is stored
Two settings, in your browser (chrome.storage.local): whether the extension is on and whether the panel is collapsed. They contain nothing from the content of your meetings.
Analytics and cookies
The extension uses no analytics, cookies or identifiers.
Links to facilitare.ro
The panel and the extension popup contain a link to facilitare.ro. It opens only when you click it and carries the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign parameters, which tell the site you came from the extension. From there the site privacy policy applies.
Google and the Chrome Web Store
The use of information received through Google Calendar complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If what the extension reads or does changes, I update this page before publishing the new version and change the date above.
Questions
Write to bogdan@facilitare.ro. The extension keeps no data about you, so there is nothing on its side to delete or export.
