Method 35
You have 65 people in the room and 30 minutes. How do you find out what the group knows, without the five extroverts taking over the microphone?
Method 35 solves two problems at once. Time doesn't grow with the group: the same 5 rounds, the same 30 minutes, whether there are 12 people or 300, because all the pairs work in parallel. And it separates the idea from the person, because nobody votes for a name or a job title. Someone who never speaks in plenary carries exactly the same weight as the one who speaks all the time.
