The Decision Types Map
The ideas in the kit are built on Dave Snowden's Cynefin framework and on the RAPID method, developed at Bain. I put them together on a single canvas, because separately everybody forgets them by the next meeting. I hope it is useful in your meetings and workshops.
A leave approval and entry into a new market need completely different processes, but they land on the same agenda, with the same format and the same 45 minutes. The map helps you answer first what kind of problem this is, then who has which role. Before the discussion, not after it.
